Love bikes and all things cycling? Well next week you are in for a treat, as Spin Cycling Festival is hitting London. Spin is on 12th-14th May at Olympia. Spin Cycling Festival is billed as the perfect mix of bikes, Innovation, technology and apparel. Sounds like your kind of thing? Keep on reading for a chance to win tickets.
Whether you are someone who loves a leisurely ride, uses a bike to commute, rides a bike for a living or just loves the idea of cycling, there’s something that will appeal to you at this festival.
There are over 50 speakers taking to the stage during the festival including Chris Boardman and guys from Cycle Hack. To thrill and entertain, record breaking BMX pro Matti Hemmings will be showing off his skills.
You can witness bespoke bikes being produced at Frame Lab ,and In the Makers Lounge you can see how bike frames are made. You can even create your own bike art In the Art Hub, with the material being provided for free.
You can watch the Giro D’Italia on the big screen , which is taking place whilst Spin London is on. Streetfood and drink will be available too including Camden Town Brewery beer and Volcano coffee. D.J’s will also be playing throughout the festival to keep the atmosphere and the energy going.
At the Red Light District you can see a showcase of some of the worlds finest bikes.
At Spin Cycling festival you can try out your new bike at the test track which has light installations and music. There’ll be night-time accessories for you to test drive also.
If you have an old bike you no longer need, bring it along to donate to refugees through The Bike Project. Refugees in this country are living off £36 a week so free transport is invaluable. Any of the more valuable bikes donated are sold and the money used to help further.
Tickets for Spin Cycling Festival are priced at £10 or £7.50 for children, with an online transaction fee of £1.50
